In order to enjoy the Fuliza loan service, the Safaricom line must have been active for the last 6 months
Mpesa users can access the overdraft facility by using the USSD code *234# or the Safaricom app. To sign up on Fuliza, follow the detailed steps below:
- Dial *234# from your Safaricom line. Or, you can use the Safaricom App to opt into the service.
- Select “Fuliza M-PESA” to opt in

Any funds received or deposited in your Mpesa account will automatically be used to clear your outstanding debt.

Can I withdraw money from Fuliza?
You cannot withdraw money from Fuliza, but you can send it to another Safaricom line and ask the person to withdraw it for you.
